1. What we accept
Transit damage, the wrong item, or a short quantity. Attach a photo on WhatsApp.
2. What we do not take back
Packaging printed with your logo after proof approval, or an item that was used.
3. How to ask
WhatsApp: order number or item description plus a photo if you have one. We do not publish a fixed day window until confirmed.
Can printed goods be returned?
After you approve the proof, printed goods are not returned except for a clear manufacturing defect.
