We serve Egypt’s governorates. Address: governorate, then city, then area.
2. Cost and timing
Shipping cost and timing are set on request via WhatsApp. We do not publish a fixed SLA per governorate.
3. Shortage or delay
If an item is short or shipping is late, message us on WhatsApp so we can review the order.
4. Storing paper
Humidity in Egypt affects paper. Keep cartons dry after delivery.
